Expertise

Almost all JLTI products are produced from specifications and drawings provided by industrial groups and customers.

Cutting Specialists

This is JLTI‘s original speciality, allowing any flat material to be converted economically, with a high degree of flexibility in implementation. It is the ideal solution for numerous technical problems, with gluing as an additional option.

Joint caoutchoucPress operations: The selective cutters, semi-automatic presses and numerical control (NC) presses are suitable for medium and long runs.
All the internal and process operations which enable a finished product to be produced by flat cutting, using a tool on a press.

Joint parablondManual operations: The raw material is “trimmed down” using slitters that slice the blocks of material to the required thickness (1.5 – 60mm or more). The sheets or rolls obtained by slitting must then be left for a week prior to applying adhesive or cutting: this is the stabilisation process.
Manual cutting, sanding, gluing, folding, grinding, partial or total adhesive coating, hot or cold vulcanisation, spooling, stitching and rectifying.

Moulding specialists

moulage caoutchoucJLTI‘s moulding expertise is applied to suppling technical parts made from elastomers (rubber) and thermoplastic elastomers. This is the three-dimensional application of rubber’s irreplaceable qualities.

moulage caoutchouc

JLTI specialises in bonding elastomers to any kind of substrate (e.g.: rubber/zarnac, silicone/aluminium, teflon/rubber, etc.).

These conversion techniques are totally controlled by JLTI from the choice of the mixture to finishing. An open range of presses ensures that every kind of order can be met: small runs, medium runs and mass production.
