Styrene Butadiene Rubber

• 50 and 65 Shores (electrical insulator), black color.
• 70 Shores, white color (FDA).
• Thickness : from 1 to 20mm according to hardenesses and colors.

Natural Rubber

• From 40 to 60 Shores
• Colors : natural, honey-yellow, black, red (electrical insulator) according to hardnesses.
• Thickness : from 1 to 60mm according to hardenesses and colors.

• water, detergent products, alkaline and saline solutions ( max +50°C)
• oxydant et non oxydant acids, base concentration max 50% ( max +50°C),
• acetone (max+20°C) and non alimentary alcohols ( max +50°C).

• Elasticity and very good mechanical properties
• Very good resistance to abrasion, to tearing and to low temperature

Ethylene Propylene

• 60, 65, 70 and 82 Shores, black color + Potable Water contact Specifications (ACS, KTW,…) and Fire Classification according to hardenesses.
• 70 Shores, white color (FDA).
• Thickness : from 1 to 20mm according to hardenesses and colors.

• oxydant and non oxydant acids, sulfuric acid (concentration < 50%) ( max +50°C), bases and aliphatic alcohols.

Nitrile Rubber

• 50, 70 and 90 Shores, black color + Potable Water contact Specifications (ACS, KTW,…).
• 60 and 65 Shores, black color.
• 65 Shores, white color (FDA) + Potable Water contact Specifications (ACS, KTW,…).
• Thickness : from 1 to 50mm according to hardenesses and colors.

Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene – Hypalon®

• Hardness : 65 Shores
• Black color
• Thickness : from 1 to 10mm

• general acids and oxidising acids

Advantages:

• Very good resistance to general acids, oxydising acids, oils and greases
• Excellent resistance to tear

Silicone Rubber

• Hardness : 60 Shores + FDA.
• Colors : trasparent, white or red.
• Thickness : from 1 to 20mm.

Polyurethane

• Hardness : 80 Shores
• Brown color
• Thickness : from 1 to 15mm

• White color
• Thickness : from 0.01 to 100mm
